Art Academy Ireland, Da Vinci Box and Da Vinci Box Junior accepts no liability for harm or injury caused to humans, animals, furniture or other belongings and property. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure clothing, property, belongings for example furniture are protected during the art lesson and that children are supervised at all times while online, watching the videos, using the materials supplied and undergoing the activities set out.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days from receipt of order. We will dispatch orders using either An Post or courier for large orders. An Post aim to deliver most to Ireland by next working day but do not guarantee this. An Post also state that they aim to deliver to European destinations within three to five working days, major cities worldwide within five days and other destinations within seven.
In any instance, we request that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order before contacting us about an order not received. We will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from Art Academy but occasions may occur where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple and easy as possible.
All customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 business days, calculated from the date of receipt by you of the products. This means that you must inform us in writing or via email email@example.com within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the contract. You must then return the products to us within a further 14 days.
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. EU customers are also entitled to a statutory cooling off period of 7 days. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or the item is faulty.
The returned items must be in their original condition, in the original packaging and with original labels and tags attached. We do not provide refunds for products that have been used or damaged.
