More good news on the art supplies front. Kennedy art shop has reached out to say they are taking online orders again. K&M Evans are trading online and Terenure Office have art materials for delivery. Amazon as always is handy. I’m keeping stocked and staying sane.
COVID 19 Update
We along with almost all other retail have been closed by order of the government. While this is most unfortunate we fully support it in these unprecedented times.
We are very conscious many of you would love to get some Art Materials to help in these times of isolation. Following updated advice from government we are now in a position to open On Line again. With the current demand and the very strict but necessary conditions for order fulfillment turn around is currently 3 – 5 working days. We may also have to close the checkout from time to time to allow staff to catch up. Please bear with us!
Please note also it is on line only – NO collections.
At all times our priority is the health and well being of our staff and customers and like everyone else we are in an evolving situation. We are monitoring the official advice of the HSE and Government and keeping the situation under daily review.
All orders are being Processed from home, only assembly and dispatch are happening from our premises.
Stay safe and well and let’s create!
We’d love to see all your wonderful creations and help share some beautiful things to distract from all the anxiousness currently out there. Share them with us on Instagram and Facebook @kennedyartshop and we’ll share them on our stories! #sharethejoy

We are off to a very colourful start here at this week’s Art Academy Summer Camp as we welcome 12 promising artist’s to their week of Rosa Bonheur painting. Stay tuned to see their work progess. I am very excited to see what these guys can do as so far, I’m impressed with their work ethic and colour mixing skill.
Happy Easter everyone.
I’ve been enjoying making some Easter drawings and experimenting with art materials from Da Vinci Box. I thought I’d share these Cadbury’s mini eggs and Butlers bunny ones with you and wish you a lovely bank holiday weekend.
Da Vinci Box is a project that I am excited to share with you. It’s something that I have been working on for a little over a year now. It will finally be set to launch this Autumn.
It is Ireland’s premier, fine art supplies, monthly, subscription box. Designed to unlock your inner artist and let you create art from the comfort of your own home, no artist’s studio necessary. Professional art supplies will arrive at your door every month. You just set an hour aside for yourself, put the kettle on and enjoy creating in your own space.
At Da Vinci Box we believe everyone should enjoy making art and that you were created to create. So keep an eye out in the coming weeks for more updates and I will reveal more when I can. There is a place holder website up for the moment, while the grand masterpiece is being finessed, so bear with me. You can like, share and follow on instagram and facebook in the meantime. I can’t wait to unveil it all officially and start to build a creative Da Vinci Box art community together.
