A fun art activity you can enjoy at home is casting your hand from alginate. Put a finger down if you have ever had an impression made of your teeth at the dentist? Seaweed based alginate is the product dentists use. You can cast your own hand like you can see in the cover shot or get creative and cast a couple holding hands and experiment with hand poses and gestures.
